In January 2024, we moved our ironing, packaging and shipment warehouse to a new 3,000 m2 building. In this way, as Darinda, we aim to provide quality service to our customers in 2 buildings in line with our fast, high quality and near-zero error targets.

In October 2024, we acquired all rights to the French sports, outdoor and outdoor textile brand Vertical.

I am pleased to announce that the Darinda group acquired the French brand Vertical Mountain on September 26, 2024. From the winter season 2025/2026, the brand will market its products in several distribution stores in France specializing in outdoor and online through its own website. This announcement marks a new era for Vertical Mountain. Our team and I look forward to supporting mountain and outdoor enthusiasts with products designed to help them succeed in their sporting activities.
